Pat McCandless joins the Shepherd Financial Partners team with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise is in responding to the on-going changes in pension regulatory legislation and developing best practice and benchmarking programs to help address fiduciary liability. By forming a consultative relationship with business owners, Pat helps ensure their retirement benefit is compliant with regulations and designed for the sole purpose of benefiting the participants and their beneficiaries.
She maintains FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations through LPL Financial and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. Pat is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Missouri and has done post graduate study at The Drucker Institiute and Harvard Business School. Pat works from her hometown of St. Louis , Missouri where she has established an SFP satellite office.
