Prior to her position at Shepherd Financial Partners, Luba worked as a banking executive at various Boston-area financial institutions including Cambridge Trust Company, HarborOne Bank, and Rockland Trust. As her business relationships grew, she welcomed the opportunity to give back to the community by joining the JCC Greater Boston. Luba was instrumental in the realization of the Rockland Trust JCC Arts and Nature Pavilion, and today, she continues to put her time and energy into the various JCC committees. Luba is also proud to have served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Newton from 2013 to 2017, as well as numerous council committees including the Presidents Council at the Dimock Center and the Israel Bonds Boston Advisory Council. In 2017, she was named a Community Bank Hero by Banker and Tradesman for her devotion to serving her community.
Luba lives in Needham, MA with her two daughters, Michelle and Veronica and their family dog, Teddy. In her free time, she loves cooking, entertaining family and friends, and enjoying all seasons of outdoor activities in New England.
