Jane Lawler serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Shepherd Financial Partners where she is responsible for managing business operations and fostering team success. Her passion for building strong relationships has played a major role in helping the company build a vibrant, collaborative culture that resonates with both clients and employees.
Jane’s ability to blend strategic insight with genuine care has had a profound impact on the firm and her career. Initially hired as a consultant to assist with the firm’s growth and internal processes, her role quickly evolved to also include financial management, human resources, and compliance oversight as she helped structure and streamline firm operations. Jane brings a wealth of experience from her 17 years as an auditor and business consultant with Arthur Anderson and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.
A devoted mother of four, Jane is particularly committed to providing opportunities for young women to develop their skills, balancing professional growth and a healthy family life. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
