As a Client Services Manager Jillian Donovan leads the client service team with designing processes to effectively meet clients’ needs. With an unwavering commitment to clients’ well-being, she strives to facilitate a seamless experience, exceed expectations, and build meaningful, long-lasting relationships.
With 15 years of experience in financial services, Jillian brings an extensive background to her role. She initially joined Shepherd Financial Partners as an Onboarding Specialist, leveraging her knowledge of retirement planning, quality assurance, and mutual fund product support. This diverse background, including her previous roles as a business analyst and retirement services account specialist at John Hancock Signature Services, has allows her to bring a breadth of perspectives in addressing the work of her current position.
Beyond her professional life, Jillian has a passion for cooking and loves to spend time experimenting with new recipes with her family, including two playful dogs. Most weekends are dedicated to cheering on their teenage son at the nearby ice hockey rink.
