Ann Vaeth
Business Development Specialist
As a Business Development Specialist, Ann works to identify and implement growth strategies for the firm. She uses an analytical and process-oriented approach to target client growth and the acquisition of advisory practices.
Ann began working at Shepherd Financial Partners in 2008. She has held many roles in the organization including participating in the selection and implementation of investments for SFP client accounts and managing advisory services for corporate retirement plans.
Prior to her work with Shepherd Financial Partners, Ann worked as an engineer at AT&T Bell Laboratories and later owned and operated an engineering consulting practice for the telecommunications industry.
Ann holds an MBA from Boston University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from CalTech and a BSEE from Bucknell University. She resides in Winchester with her family.
